Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data on the Skryvo platform.
AI agents
Plan and publish from the AI you already use
Ask your agent for a week of posts in your voice. Skryvo shows each one and waits for your go-ahead.
Channels
One post, written for every channel
11 channels publish today and 5 are in platform review. Skryvo reads each post back to confirm it went live.
Introduction
Welcome to Skryvo AI. This Privacy Policy describes how Flutter Studio LLC, the company that operates Skryvo AI ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website, AI-powered generation tools, and related services.
We prioritize transparency regarding how your data interacts with Large Language Models (LLMs) and how we maintain the integrity of your original content.
Information We Collect
1. Account Information
When you register, we collect identifiers such as your name, email address, password, and billing information (handled by secure third-party processors).
2. User-Generated Content
We collect the text, topics, and prompts you input into our generators, as well as the resulting output. This is necessary to provide the service and allow for content retrieval.
3. Usage & Technical Data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, device information, and interaction logs (e.g., which features you use most) to optimize performance and prevent abuse.
AI & Data Processing
Transparency in AI Generation
Skryvo uses third-party AI model providers to process your requests. Here is how your data is handled in this context:
- Transient Processing: Prompts are sent to AI models for real-time generation and are typically not stored by the model provider for training purposes unless explicitly opted-in.
- No Default Training: Skryvo does not use your private generated content to train our proprietary core models without your express permission.
- Fact-Checking Layer: To provide verification, your content may be cross-referenced with public search indices and verified knowledge bases.
How We Use Your Data
Service Delivery
To maintain your account, process payments, and deliver AI-generated content.
Quality Assurance
To analyze content quality scores and improve our fact-checking algorithms.
Security
To detect and prevent fraudulent use, spamming, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Product Innovation
To understand feature usage and design new tools that better serve our community.
Connected Publishing Accounts
You can connect Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress, WordPress.com and Dev.to so Skryvo publishes the posts and articles you schedule. Each platform asks for your permission on its own screen, or you give Skryvo a key you created there, before anything is stored.
- What we store: The account, Page or channel name, its ID, and an access token encrypted at rest. For WordPress, an application password the site issues to Skryvo; for Dev.to, the API key you created; for Discord and Slack, the channel's incoming webhook; for Telegram, the channel's ID (Skryvo posts through its own bot, which you make an admin). All of these are encrypted at rest.
- What we do with it: Publish the posts you schedule, at the time you chose, and read each post back once to confirm it went live. We never publish anything you did not schedule.
- What we never read: Your feed, messages, followers, comments or any other user's data. Nothing from a connected account is used to train AI models or shared with anyone.
- How long we keep it: Only while the account is connected. Disconnecting in Settings deletes the token immediately; a deletion request is completed within 7 days. Removing Skryvo from the platform's own settings has the same effect. See our Data Deletion page at skryvo.ai/data-deletion.
AI Agents & API
You can let an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, or your own script, use Skryvo for you through our MCP server or API. See skryvo.ai/agents for how it works.
- What we store: For each app you connect: its name, the redirect address it registered, when it was last used, and its access and refresh tokens stored only as hashes. For each API key: its name, its first characters, when it was last used, and a hash of the key.
- What we receive: Only the requests the assistant makes to Skryvo, such as the topic of a post it asks us to write or the post it asks us to schedule. We never receive the rest of your conversation with the assistant.
- What an assistant can do: List your brands and connected accounts, write posts, schedule and cancel posts, and read their results, under your plan's limits. It cannot change your account, billing or connected accounts.
- How long we keep it: Until you disconnect the app or revoke the key in Settings → API & agents, which stops access at once. Posts an assistant wrote or scheduled are kept like any other content you create.
Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Access Control: Strict internal policies ensure only authorized personnel can access infrastructure.
- Infrastructure: Our services run on SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring.
