Data Deletion
How to remove a connected social account, or your whole Skryvo account, and what happens to your data when you do.
Disconnect a Social Account
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky or WordPress, Skryvo stores the account name, its ID and an encrypted access token so it can publish the posts you schedule. Nothing else is read from the account.
- Step 1: Open the Skryvo app and go to Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Step 2: Click Disconnect next to the account.
- Done: The access token is deleted immediately. Posts already published stay on the platform, where you control them. Scheduled posts to that account stop.
Delete Your Skryvo Account
Deleting your account removes your profile, generated content, calendar, connected accounts and their tokens. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
- In the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account.
- By email: Write to support@skryvo.ai from the address on the account. We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
Requests Sent by a Platform
If you remove Skryvo from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, Meta sends us a deletion request. We delete every connection that account granted right away and return a confirmation code, which Meta shows you together with a link to this page.
A confirmation code in the address of this page means that request was completed. No further action is needed.
