How do I get an API key?

Create a key in Skryvo under Settings › API & agents. It is shown once and stored only as a hash, and each account can hold ten.

  1. Call the REST API with your key. Endpoints: brands, channels, drafts, posts, results.

What does a request look like?

Ask for drafts in the brand's voice, then schedule the text you keep with a channel id from /channels.

What can a script do?

  • GET /api/v1/agent/channels to see where you can post.
  • POST /api/v1/agent/drafts to write a post for up to four platforms.
  • POST /api/v1/agent/posts to schedule it; GET /api/v1/agent/results for numbers.

Which endpoints are there?

10 endpoints under https://api.skryvo.ai, each sending your key as a Bearer token. They run the same code as the app.

Any account you connect in Skryvo. 11 channels are live today; the others are built and waiting for their platform to approve our app.

If something does not work

401 Unauthorized

The key is mistyped or was revoked. Create a new one in Settings › API & agents; it is shown once.

Scheduling is refused

Scheduling needs the Hobby plan or above. Drafts work on every plan.

A channel id is rejected

Use an id from GET /api/v1/agent/channels; blog sites accept articles, not social posts.

A post went out a few minutes later

Posts go out on the quarter hour, so 9:05 becomes 9:15.

Is it safe to connect?

Only these tools

A connected agent can use the tools above and nothing else. It cannot change your plan, password, connected accounts or billing.

Your rules still apply

Plan limits, brand settings and each platform's own rules apply exactly as in the app.

What Skryvo receives

Only the tool calls the agent makes, never the rest of your conversation with it.

Disconnect any time

Settings › API & agents in Skryvo: disconnect an app or revoke a key and access stops at once.

Is there an API to post to several social networks at once?

Yes. One POST to Skryvo's /api/v1/agent/posts schedules the same text to every channel id you pass, across LinkedIn, X, Bluesky and the other live channels.

How do I keep the key safe?

It is shown once when you create it and stored by Skryvo only as a hash. Save it as a secret in your tool, never in a chat, and revoke it in Settings › API & agents if it leaks.

Do API calls count against my plan?

Yes. Drafts use generations and scheduled posts count toward your plan's queue, exactly as in the app.

Does it cost extra?

No. Scripts & n8n uses your Skryvo plan: drafts count as generations, and scheduling needs Hobby or above.
