I'm shifting from hourly to value-based pricing and trying to figure out fair packages. How do you price when AI handles the first draft?

I disagree slightly — in my case, consistency beats perfection every time. But YMMV.
Solid advice. The key for me was using the calendar to plan ahead — without that, nothing else moved the needle.
